The finer details

  • Once your order is placed, we will be in contact to confirm your design before print within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive your design to approve, via email before production with all your selections.
  • Please review all spelling and grammar before uploading your design.
  • You are able to make one revisions free of charge and can re-send your design if required.
  • If you select printed envelopes, once your order has been placed please email hello@tootsicreative.com with your guest names and address. We will print these to match your own design.

Design process

  • You can expect your order 2-4 weeks from approval (3-4 weeks if you have selected specific add-ons such as letterpress, embossed or custom wax seals).
  • Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
  • You invitation or invitation suite will come complete ( we don’t insert them into envelopes).
  • If you have multiple add-ons such as a 3 x piece invitation suite with ribbon, you will receive each as a suite, tied with your selected ribbon.
  • If you have selected wax seals, we will confirm the colour of wax seal for your design and where you’d like this placed, or if they are for envelopes, you’ll receive them as individual wax seals with double sided adhesive on the back of each.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
