Design process

Once your order is placed, we will be in contact to confirm your design within 1-2 business days.

We will send your design to approve, via email before production. Please review all spelling and grammar before uploading your design.

You are able to make one revisions free of charge.

Once your order has been placed please email hello@tootsicreative.com an excel document with your confirmed seating chart arrangement.

Once you have approved your design, you can expect your sating + draping seating chart within 2-3 weeks.

You seating chart will arrive as one piece, ready to hang on your frame. To hang your seating chart, you can drape the back fabric (not visible) securely over the frame and tape the sides to your frame.
