Print your own fabric signage

Have your own design? Print with tootsi for beautiful, high quality fabric that is ready to hang for your wedding or event!

Select from a variety of fabrics, including popular 100% pure linen (fabric thickness 245gsm *luxury high-end), silky soft satin fabric for a breathtaking feature at your event.

Your signage is delivered steamed and hemmed (if selected), ready to hang, a custom experience, with your own design.

*Important*

Please ensure when uploading your design, it is minimum 300 dpi. Anything less means your signage can print blurry.

Files designed in Canva

Canva only allows you to download PNG/JPEG at 96 dpi. If you are using Canva, please download as a PDF (for print), which will download your design at 300 dpi and email your design to hello@tootsicreative.com instead of uploading during your order.

Files designed in Adobe Illustrator

Please export as a PNG or JPEG and upload when ordering your design. To ensure it is 300 dpi, go to File-> Export -> export as. you can then set it as a png. There will be a window that gives you png options - there you can set the Resolution to your desired 300ppi as well as choose transparent background.

Files designed in Adobe Photoshop or InDesign

Please export as PNG or JPEP. Check your resolution is 300 dpi.

How to find the dpi resolution on Mac.

1. Open Finder and navigate to your image.
2. Right-click or control-click the file and select Open With > Preview.
3. With Preview open, go to Tools > Show Inspector.
4. Select General Info from the dialog box, this should be the first tab at the top.

How to find the dpi resolution on Windows.

1. Open File Explorer and navigate to your image.
2. Right-click on the image file and select Properties.
3. Click the Details tab at the top bar.
4. Scroll down to find image Dimensions and the DPI Resolution.

Design to you process

You can expect your order 2-3 weeks from approval.

Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.

Design process

• Once your order is placed, we will email you your pre-print proofing to review prior to print. This is your design, provided in the exact measurements you've selected, just so you can double check there are no errors on your design.
• If you need to make a change to your design, you can email us your updated design to hello@tootsicreative.com (if you have not yet approved your design for print). We are unable to make change the design once approved as it will be in print production.
• If you have selected 'Hemmed', this means you'll receive your signage hemmed to the size you have ordered, i.e. if you ordered 80cm x 200cm, you will receive your sign hemmed to this size. This will not impact your design.
• If you have selected 'Raw cut' this means your signage will be cut to the size you ordered. Raw cut does not mean it is an unfinished sign, it is a beautiful look for signage!
• If you have selected ribbon, your signage will come with the ribbon in the top 2 corners of your sign. If you'd prefer not to have the ribbon attached (holes in your sign), please let us know and we can provide the ribbon you've selected and no holes in the sign.
• If you have no selected ribbon, there will be no holes in the top corners and will be hemmed or raw cut (depending on your selection).
