- Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your design information within 1-3 business days. You can either provide us with a specific design, or use a tootsi design.
- Once your information is provided to us, we will send your design to approve, via email before production. Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information.
- You are able to make one revisions free of charge.
Design to you process
- You can expect your order within 2 weeks from approval.
- Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
