• Once you have placed your order, please email hello@tootsicreative your confirmed seating chart in the order you'd like it displayed.
• Please ensure you have completed a spell check of all names.

Design process

Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your design information within 1-3 business days.

Once your information is provided to us, we will send your design to approve, via email before production. Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information.

You are able to make one revisions free of charge.

Design to you process

You can expect your order 1-2 weeks from approval.

Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
