Design process

Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your design information and ribbon selection, within 1-3 business days.
Once your information is provided to us, we will send your design to approve, via email before production.
Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information.
You are able to make one revision free of charge.

Print Production process

Delivery/Freight process

You can expect your order 3-4 weeks from approval (letterpress stationary will take an additonal 7 days compared to other stationary orders).
Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
