Design process

  • Once we have received your order, you will receive an email with instructions to send us your wording and confirm your linen fabric colour/ribbon
  • Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information and when approving.
  • You are able to make one revisions free of charge.

Print Production process

Delivery/Freight process

  • You can expect your order 2-3 weeks from approval.
  • Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.

Can I steam or iron my fabric signage?

Does the linen signage arrive wrinkle-free?

  • Absolutely! We roll our linen when sending orders, to make sure there are no wrinkles.
  • We recommend to re-iron or steam on the day of the event, or in the lead up if it will remain hanging.
