Design process

  • Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your design information and ribbon selection, within 1-3 business days.
  • Once your information is provided to us, we will send your design to approve, via email before production.
  • Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information.
  • You are able to make one revision free of charge.

Print Production process

Delivery/Freight process

  • You can expect your order 3-5 weeks from approval (letterpress stationary will take an additonal 7 days compared to other stationary orders).
  • Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
