Design process

  • Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your design information within 1-3 business days. You can either provide us with a specific design, or use a tootsi design, this also includes choice of ribbon.
  • We will require a minimum of 2 months prior to your event to process your order, to ensure it arrives on time.
  • Once your information is provided to us, we will send your design to approve, via email before production. Please review all spelling and grammar before sending us your information.
  • You are able to make one revisions free of charge.

Print Production process

Delivery/Freight process

  • You can expect your order 2-3 weeks from approval.
  • Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.

Can I steam or iron my fabric signage?

Does the linen signage arrive wrinkle-free?

  • Absolutely! We roll our linen when send orders, to make sure there are no wrinkles.
  • We recommend to re-iron or steam on the day of the event, or in the lead up if it will remain hanging.
